| Abstract Title: | Comparing Students’ performance in quantum mechanics between China and the US |

| Abstract: | To compare the Chinese and American students' understanding of quantum mechanics, we administered the Quantum Mechanics Survey (QMS) to two hundred students in China and the United States. The results show that the students in the top-ranking American universities outweigh their peers in the top-ranking Chinese universities. However, those in medium-ranking universities in both China and the US have similar performance in QMS. |
