Abstract Title: Incorporating Computational Thinking into Undergraduate Electromagnetics
Abstract: A key goal of computational thinking has been to bring computer science to other disciplines. To test the gap from computer science to STEAM, computational thinking exercises were embedded in an undergraduate electromagnetic fields course.  This was done through a series of computational physics problems that utilize Python.  Integrating computational thinking into theoretical physics has been a curricular need, yet there are many difficulties and obstacles to overcome in integrating with existing curricula and programs.  As such, recommendations from this experimental study are given towards integrating computational thinking into physics a reality.
