| Abstract: | For the past several years, I have been studying a physics department where women of color feel successful and like they belong. In this presentation, I will present the physics identity which is available in this setting, and how that identity is accessible to women of color. I will also describe the framework I used to derive this identity, a framework that would be useful to other scholars interested in either physics identity or issues of diversity in physics. |
