Abstract Title: | Registered reports: An impromptu proposal for undergraduate PERC submissions |
---|---|
Abstract Type: | Contributed Poster Presentation |
Abstract: | The double confidential review system adopted in 2020 for the PERC Proceedings has pushed the submission deadline for PERC papers to mid-May. This earlier submission date has negatively affected members of the community, including undergraduates who are unable to submit their summer research for publication. This poster introduces the registered report publishing model, its potential benefits, and what a registered report pilot track timeline would look like if adopted for the PERC. |
