| Abstract: | As a part of a new project, we are working to develop a dual-thread, professional development experience for both physics faculty and disabled STEM students that focuses on 1) promoting accessible and inclusive postsecondary physics classrooms and 2) facilitating mutually-beneficial partnerships between disabled students and faculty. This workshop will be unique in how students and faculty interact with one another and learn from one another. For navigating physics careers, the faculty have valuable lived experiences that will help disabled students navigate the system. On the other hand, disabled students also have valuable lived experiences that will help faculty create more inclusive classrooms. Both groups will be generators and consumers of knowledge from the workshop. Since this workshop is currently in design, we want to ask you - what would you wish to know or share about disability, inclusive course design, and physics careers?
